  Kunming Donghang Technology Development Co., Ltd.'s trade union was approved by the Fumin County Federation of Trade Unions in September 2024 and officially established on January 1, 2025. Its aim is to protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees and promote harmonious labor relations within the company. The trade union will uphold the principle of "serving employees, uniting strength, and promoting progress," actively carrying out various tasks to create a better working environment and development opportunities for employees, and providing a solid human resource foundation for the company's sustainable development.

  The company's trade union currently has 7 committee members, 3 finance review committee members, and 3 female committee members. The term of office for all committee members is 3 years.

  Trade union work content: Rights protection; establishing and improving employee rights protection mechanisms; promptly reflecting employee demands and opinions; communicating and coordinating with company management; and promoting the resolution of labor-related issues.

  Training and development: Organizing various training and learning activities to enhance employees' professional skills and comprehensive qualities, providing support and assistance for employee career development. At the same time, encouraging employees to participate in the company's internal training and promotion opportunities to promote personal growth.

  Cultural activities: Planning and carrying out a variety of cultural activities, such as cultural performances, sports competitions, and holiday celebrations, to enrich employees' leisure lives and enhance their sense of unity and belonging.

  Assistance for those in difficulty: Providing assistance and relief to employees experiencing financial hardship, offering necessary material and spiritual support, so that employees feel the warmth and care of the trade union.

  The trade union's future work will focus on fostering harmonious and stable labor relations, improving employee sense of belonging and loyalty, and providing a strong talent guarantee for the company's development.
