High weatherability plastic grade golden rutile titanium dioxide - DR-2589
DR-2589 is a high-weatherability rutile titanium dioxide pigment specially designed for plastic applications. The product retains the superior blue undertone, excellent color brightness, and superior hiding power of DR-2588. The special dense amorphous silica and alumina surface treatment of DR-2589 acts as a barrier to protect the titanium dioxide surface from reacting with polymers or additives. Its special organic surface treatment ensures excellent dispersibility, superior processing flow properties, and low hygroscopicity in plastics. New surface treatment technology improves the heat resistance, light resistance, and weather resistance of plastic products, protecting them from UV light and improving their mechanical and electrical properties.
